Bellavista Pas Operé is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes sourced exclusively from the historic plots of the winery with a minimum age exceeding 30 years and predominantly southeast exposure. The selection of grapes from 40 prestigious parcels aims to define an essential, refined, and elegant expression without compromise.

The must ferments half in stainless steel and the remainder in small barrels of white oak. The cuvée, once assembled, matures on the lees for at least 72 months. A cuvée with minimal dosage (2 g/l) designed to evolve over time, immediately expressive yet extremely long-lived.

It presents itself in the glass with a white and exuberant foam and an extremely persistent and fine perlage. Of unparalleled balance, on the palate, it expresses all its personality and elegance.

A wine for grand dinners, it shines best with raw fish.
