Bellavista – Surprising Personality and Character, Grace and Lightness – The Unique Style of Franciacorta
Born in Franciacorta in 1977 by the will of entrepreneur Vittorio Moretti, who decided in that year to transform a small wine-growing activity into a company founded on a few hectares of family-owned land. They are located on the Bellavista hill, so named for its splendid position that, from a single point, embraces Lake Iseo and the entire Po Valley up to the Alps chain. With foresight, Vittorio Moretti pays particular attention to the purchase of new vineyards, reaching the current 203 hectares planted, included in the area of vocation of “Franciacorta”.
Bellavista – Rosé – Franciacorta D.O.C.G. – Boxed Set – Pinot Nero – Luxury Limited Edition – 750 ml
Grace and determination, delicacy and strength combine in this delightful and rare cuvée. The grapes used are Chardonnay for about 60% and Pinot Nero. The selection of base wines is as always decisive, so much so that the final blend is chosen from as many as 30 harvest selections, some of which mature in small barrels of white oak. Aging in the cellar lasts for no less than 4 years, starting from the harvest. The youthful shades of pale pink, capable of evolving into precious ancient tones with aging in glass, are enveloped by a very white foam and a tight and persistent perlage. The aromatic dances are opened by scents of white peach, followed and expanded by hints of wild strawberries, field flowers, and toasted bread. The sip is fleshy, dry, fresh but not sour, capable of harmonious and seductive vibrations reminiscent of black currant and sweet almond.
Bellavista Rosé
The charm of a superb structure combines wonderfully with extraordinary grace. The deep essence of the Pinot Nero vineyard. The role of color that creates shades and stability, but is also the elusive, delicate, and constant taste-olfactory trait of a graceful masterpiece of nature.
In this cuvée, created with infinite care and according to the most rigorous Bellavista tradition, more than 30 harvest selections come together, some of which ferment and rise in small barrels of white oak.
