Giovi Distilleria London Dry Gin

Giovi London Dry Gin comes from a selection of  botanicals ( juniper, lemon peel, lesser calamint, orange peel, bay leaf, rosemary, basil, iris and pink pepper ) infused in our Giovi distillate with the use of a wood-fired ancient copper pot still.

The only London Dry in Sicily to be defined as such, it is the result of years of research, recipes and experimentation.

It reaches 42% alcohol which, with a harmonious presence of juniper, gives a strong and decisive flavor but, at the same time, soft and balanced, enhancing the balsamic note of the lesser calamint.

The finish is round and dry.

Giovi London Dry Gin represents the new generation of the historic Sicilian distillery that has been carrying on the history and culture of Sicilian spirits for over decades.

Ideal to consume it straight and at room temperature.
