The Tondonia always expresses darker notes, but always vibrant and alive. The 2011 presents a more powerful and muscular wine than the 2010, but equally enjoyable and tasty.

On the palate, the dark fruit of unripe cherries and blackberries are joined by tertiary hints such as mushrooms, dried berries, vanilla, tobacco and humus developed thanks to the long aging in wood.
