It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested in early October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20-28 \u00b0 C for 20 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 18 months before being bottled.<\/p>\n
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a large bouquet of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco and vanilla. On the palate it is rich and elegant, with soft and persistent tannins.<\/p>\n
